So happy that I had previously purchased Bridgestone Driveguard tires.  As advertised, I was able to drive to the Firestone store on a completely flat tire (Zero psi).  Rob at the store was able to work me into the schedule even tho I did not have an appointment and my car was ready to go in just a few hours.  Exceptional product and service!

Good work but will try to sell you all kinds of stuff you don't need. Use them if you want something specific fixed and fixed right. Get a 2nd opinion on anything else they try to sell you.

Had oil change and they did not put any oil in my car. Also they put new brakes on
 my teenage daughter's car and had to return twice because the brakes were not working properly. Second time my daughter's left front tire LITERALLY came off while she was driving. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Tire balancer machine broke after only two tires were done !     They don't discount your oil change when you use your Firestone credit card anymore !☹
