It was my first time in this dental office. Our appointment was at 11 am and we arrived at 1045 am. They barely started working on my paperwork at around 1130, so I was seen at 1145. ONE HOUR WAIT. So, I go for a regular cleaning and the dentist starts throwing all these procedures to be done to me. (My last cleaning was done 6 months ago at a different dentist) . After he is done, the staff goes and "CHECKS MY INSURANCE " to see my copay and brought a estimate in the amount of $1,200 (photo attached). When I asked that I just wanted a regular clean up, the dentist DECLINED to performed my clean-up. This is a business that treats you like an item (and not a patient) and tries to suck up your insurance and your pocket as much as they can. Do not get fooled by all the recommendations from this dentist.... get a second opinion.

Dental visits don't bother me; the payment aspect is what always gets me. THEN the attitude like it's personal. Not here.  Starr was very welcoming and understanding of my dire situation and was able to explain everything clearly, concisely AND in a friendly way! Dr. J was a complete professional in every sense. I felt no pain EVER at ANY part of the procedure, which you know is extremely rare for a root canal. I'm sure Gabriela had a hand in that, as she is a wonderful hygienist with mad skills!  They were very thorough in taking x-rays after every stage just to make sure everything was sitting correctly. I can't recommend this Bright Now location enough! And coming from a guy like me, that's saying a lot. To those saying they pitch unnecessary services: what do you really know about your dental health? They caught everything I suspected they would, and gave me the affordable route to do it. And I'm not an undocumented foreign person either. They're just that good. UPDATE 6/29/2017: Well, somehow I thought that was too good to remain true. The dentist who took care of me on my first visit turned out to be 'visiting' while the doctor who 'runs' the joint was determining whether he was going to return from his honeymoon. Second dentist was good as well, but Starr was not in to help me out. Turns out, the chica at the front desk was not very adept at explaining the coming procedures I had no idea were necessary; and made an appointment I do not recall making to this day. Turns out, there are two more impressions that needed to be done to complete my 'custom tray'. So, two more visits before I can get my teeth replaced finally. Thanks for the inconvenience, and the perpetual dental industry nightmare. Downgrade.

I would recommend Dr. David any day! I finally got a veneer for my front tooth done that I've been needing for years. I essentially need to get an implant for this tooth, but for a temporary fix, I couldn't be happier! I also got my teeth cleaned and my teeth are whiter and feel cleaner than they've been in a while. Love this doctor and this place.

I love LOVE the staff workers at bright now they are friendly and loving. They treat u like family. If u have an appointment your in and out feeling good. The Dr. There is really nice and he makes sure that ur ok when doing his job. I really recommend this to family and friends even for children. My 2 year old had fun and she loved it she cried cuz we were leaving. THANK U ALL THERE AT BRIGHT DENTAL.
