This is a great facility.  The hygienist, and Dr. are very friendly and take the time to do a full examination.  When I arrive there is a place to sign in but they always greet me by name and say I don't need to sign it.  I am taken back at my exact appointment time.  I used to be scared to death of Dentist and had the experience of them screaming at me because I was too tense.  That has not been the case and Brighter Dental Care and I am not worried about going to my appointment.

I've used Brighter Dental for dental work for close to 10 years. I unfortunately require a lot of dental work but they help me through it and are very accommodating as far as dental emergencies and squeezing me into the schedule. They send appointment reminders via text, email, and phone calls usually a week in advance which is helpful. Certain dental work is very expensive even with excellent dental insurance which can be stressful but the desk clerks are patient with explaining the cost breakdown and options for payments. My one complaint would be that my temporary crown on my top front tooth had fallen off 5 or 6 times and I had to go in to get it recemented in. I might've been a little too patient with them after the 4th time but the permanent crown hasn't come out yet so I'm just happy about that.

See, this is all very interesting. I have had almost the exact same experience as these other girls in their mid-20's. No need to reiterate, it was almost EXACTLY the same. The red flags began popping up subtly and then rapidly, And then when the hygienists began to contradict the dentist, i began to do my research. I'm glad I did my research before I got all this work done. I really dodged a bullet.

Slap-dash, money-grubbing thieves.  It's dirty, they do shoddy work and they lie about your diagnosis to perform expensive and unnecessary work.

Totally incompetent office of thieves. The practice they are running is less than impressive!! My stepdaughter had her braces on for almost 4 years. They blamed this on her for missing appointments when they canceled 3 of them for unknown reasons. They have a new orthodontist there know who told us"the previous orthodontist didn't know what she was doing" and she would have to keep her braces on longer to fix the mistakes made.  I find it disturbing someone who works for their  practice would trash talk another worker who was representing their business at one time. This all happened after they requested more money from us because they billed the insurance wrong. I asked the lady what the difference was because I wanted to settle the payment (knowing we paid cash and never went through insurance). I received a phone call back and they told me it was almost $1000 extra. I laughed and said this is crazy because we paid cash and never went through insurance. I hung up the phone and never received any further requests for payment!! I will recommend no one to this office!!!
