Last year my post fell out , the very sweet dentist that I had cemented back in and charged me a total of $ 70 for exam ,xrays and cement . She told me my teeth were very clean and I had no other cavities . Also , my crown was in good condition.  Now a year later it falls out again ,went back and now this female dentist wants to charge me a total of $139 for xrays ,exam and cement.  She would not negotiate with me . I feel like the cement should of been free of charge, since it's only been a year.  .i offered her $50 ,no she told me rhats their policy and I don't have to have it done there . I tired to be as pleasant as possible.  I called to talk to Kim ,the manager and never left my number, but she has never contacted me . I referred alot of family and friends to this place and I feel I was treated unfairly

I got a full set of dentures. I complained that the one spot was too thin, they reassured me that the dentures were ok and if they broke would be repaired. The thin spot broke 4 times and the whol deture craked 2 times. When I took the denture back the 4th time they refused to fix them saying the dentures were too old and to buycanother set. Everybody I know has older dentures no problems from other places. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't trust them.

Went back five times to get Oh rings for dentures they keep breaking They said they’re not guaranteed anymore only had them five months they want 125 to replace them will never go there again

Quite simply, quoted one rate on the telephone for an extraction that became more than double in person...not a good experience.

Poor, poor, poor. I had an appointment first thing this morning, 8 AM. I was not taken back for my initial exam until 8:30. X-rays were taken and I was scheduled to get my teeth cleaned. The dentist never introduced himself. I never saw him change his gloves. The instruments were behind me so I couldn't see if they were in sterilized packages. There were no dust covers on the over head exam lamps. The dental assistant was chewing gum and cracking it the whole time. The cleaning was so rough that my gums hurt and are abraded. The two patients who came in after me were taken before me. The suction wasn't working properly. The charge for an exam, cleaning and x-rays was $199. I have never paid this amount for an initial visit at any dental office. How is this affordable dentistry, as they proclaim it is? I was told I needed two crowns, which I do not believe to be true. Upon paying my bill I wasn't asked if I wanted to schedule a time for the crowns to be done, nor was I given the price for them. Don't go to Universal  Dentistry! I was a horrible experience! I will never go back. Very misleading advertising.
