Unbelievable!  Was promised the lowest possible price to get mortgage approval with the understanding we would increase coverage later.  Promised a same day quote.  Three days later I called back to follow up.  Still no quote but estimated $800.  An hour later lowest quote was $1234, the highest we had received.  They explained it was padded with lots of extras we wouldn't even want after closing!  Don't waste your time!

We had a policy for a home we purchased and the agent Peter Craig had misquoted our policy based on our lender's requirements.  He had handwritten the changes on the policy for our closing to go through.  He never updated the policy changes and we only found out weeks before our policy renewal.  We ended up having to pay more for our policy because the changes were applied so late in our policy period.  I found out that Peter Craig has since left the agency,  When I spoke with Sheri Collier she tole me that there was nothing she could do about it and was VERY RUDE to me and tried to pass the blame onto everyone else. I WOULD NOT reccommend anyone to this agency!

peter Craig is dishonest and unqualified  to be selling insurance beware of this company after 2200.00 dollars and still no coverage . you need to steer clear of them very rude and will just rip you off . good luck getting your money back after as well they just do not care!
