Story

Brimfield Bread Oven is a wood-fired oven micro-bakery. Using a beautiful masonry oven designed by Alex Chernov (Stovemasters) and built by Matt Helicke (Lefthand Masonry), Jud and Genevieve Smith bake bread for sale at the shop and at farmer's markets. A list of more places to buy our bread is coming soon! Long fermentation, hand shaping and traditional artisanal bread methods mean this bakery's bread is full of love and amazing flavor.

I used to live in Western PA and had the luxury of having Delallo’s only 15 minutes away, which made the best bread fresh every day. After discovering this little gem a few weeks ago, it’s such a relief to have fantastic bread nearby again. They have a large variety and also bake smaller loaves of their popular items; perfect size if there’s only one or two people eating them. 

Their prices are very reasonable and their baked goods are worth the drive. I haven’t had the opportunity to try their pizzas, but I hope to head back one evening to grab one to go.

First time there. Pretty much authentic Italian pizza. They have one size, 12 inches, and a variety of different pizzas. You can also customize a pizza. It is cooked in a wood burning oven. Doesn't take long to cook. Very good taste.

Great place.  Highly recommend this establishment for very tasty bread and bakery.  I haven't tried the pizza yet but that's next on the list.  If King Midas turned everything to gold this place turns everything to deliciousness  ! !

My kids love the pepperoni rolls & pretzel sticks. The danish are really good, as are the croissants. Everything looks delicious, it's difficult to choose something.

Very cool and hip environment. Good bread and pastries. Fun place to go and study. Owners are so kind and always welcoming
