Every time I call them to get a refill of a single RX I spend anywhere from 30min- a full Hour on the phone. This last time the lady I spoke with told me it would be all set and shipped out the following day to my Doctors office. That next night at about 18:30 I received a call from Briova stating I had a medication that needed to be refilled. (what? I just refilled it yesterday) Called them back and they told me no I did not call them. The guy I was speaking with told me he was going to look into things. Heard him typing and then he hung up on me. Called back again and it just got worse and worse. Aside from finding out I was correct when I said I called and tried to have it filled the day before. I had to reschedule my appointment and received my medication 3 days late.

Numerous issues with ordering medication. They spent 14 hours of telling me to call back in 3 hours to process the order. Not only has the prices increased, the customer service is poor. They do not understand anything. It is sad, when people are dependent on certain medications, that they will be there when it is needed and ordered. Thanks to them, I will now miss an injection. And having tale to 7 different representitives, the last one, was the only one to see and say there was a problem. Find a different company

If it wasn't for the expert help of Christina M. I would not have been able to get my last prescription of Harvoni. My Ins. was maxed out and I needed the last one to complete the treatment. With the kind and persistent help of Christina I was able to receive it the next day. I can't express in words my gratitude. She is a total asset to the company and she should be rewarded in as many ways possible by the company. Christina Thank You Ed Ford

Briova is an immoral company and I would never use them again. Did not disclose important insurance information which now caused me to not be able to afford IVF. They need to change their protocol and hopefully no one will else will end up in my situation.
