Just asked to get the Rite AId Card so I would be given the appropriate discounts they market.
I was told "Not Now" while at the register.
Hold on. You're going to require people to show their card to get a discount, but then you're going to impudently tell me no when I ask to apply for one?
I walked out.
I don't plan on walking back in.
PS - The building looks like trash built 50+ years ago. Its design warrants it suitable for a cheap strip mall, not downtown Portland.

If you are transgender, DO NOT get your hormones here. They claimed they couldn't make a note for my preferred name because it's not my legal name and that they couldn't make a note on my preferred pronouns. Even after I talked about this with them, they STILL used she/her pronouns with me. Also, they didn't even know what to give me for my testosterone and were filling the prescription wrong. They are rude and just so incredibly inconsiderate. I've worked in retail and food service, so I know how stressful and frustrating it can get, but never take it out on customers, especially ones that are completely friendly! Ugh, I hate this place so much.

This location does not honor its partnership with Plenti. I just paid $19 for items totaling $13 on the shelf.

These guys rock the house. For what they deal with. I mean it is Congress st. The only wish i have is a self service isle. Sometime the line wait plows. Thank you your always very one on one and helpful to me.
