This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been too. I took in two coats...one BCBG tan trenchcoat and a bebe wool coat. The BCBG trenchcoat came back with terrible wrinkles, discolored and a few stains from the presser that they used. Always the tried to give me a trenchcoat that was not mine before they found my original coat. The wool coat was a gray color, no wrinkles but the belt was missing, two buttons and they presser burnt a black hole on the back of it. When i asked what happened he act as if he didnt understand English and kept telling me to just hide the spot nobody can see....i will never go back to Brite Cleaners on Gratiot again.
