We have Chicago brick in our home and have had the hardest time finding a company who can clean and seal it properly. I was referred to Brite Magic by a friend and it turned out BEAUTIFUL!!!! We couldn't be happier!! It was a pleasure working with them as well. We will definitely be using them when it's time to be cleaned again. Highly recommend.

I've used this company twice, and couldn't be more satisfied. They will come in and fix your problem that the other companies won't guarantee. This is a family owned and run business. You won't be disappointed. Very professional. Great Company, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

MAKE SURE YOU PROTECT YOUR STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES!!!! We choose Brite Magic based on two referrals from friends. We hired them to clean tile/grout and seal our grout. The first time they cleaned they did not get everything cleaned. We have very light tile and grout. They returned and got the floors clean. EXCEPT, the second time they came to clean the floors they did not protect the appliances and their cleaning solution caused pitting and permanent splatter marks. The came back twice to try and clean the appliances, but were not able to. I was told that "They were good enough". I asked what they were going to do to resolve the issue and was told it was not their problem. I never received a call back and I eventually disputed through my CC company. I learned that they are not regulated by Brevard County, so they can not help to resolve the issue. They also have three outstanding issues on the BBB. When I called and spoke to Janet, she said, "you disputed with the CC company and now you want more from us". No, I do not want more, I want you to DO THE RIGHT THING and take care of the appliances. I was advised by the Brevard County Licensing Regulation and Enforcement to make sure to get a copy of a companies insurance paperwork before they do any work on your property. It will cost over $1800 to replace the damaged areas.

Brite Magic came and cleaned my carpet on yesterday and the job was absolutely flawless. My main concern was my stairs that lead up into my Condo and that they were not going to get all of the stains from the constant traffic in and out of the house, but I was wrong!!! My stairs look brand new! Also they were able to clean a spot that my landlord couldn't get out before we moved in. I'm so happy with the results and the price was beyond affordable. I would recommend them to anyone, anyday. Now I dare someone to walk into my house and not take off their shoes, this also goes for my husband lol. They are definitely my first choice!
