I brought my comforter in that my cat had puked on to he cleaned. I would have done it myself but my washer I have now is too small. The lady when I dropped it off was nice and gave me a turn around of five days. I did not care as I have an extra at home. So since they didn't ask I just assumed they would try to get the stains out from the cat puke. I went to pick it up yesterday and there is still every stain the comforter and they handed it to me in a way I would not notice. I saw the small on there and just figured they couldn't get it out. I got to the car and saw the other side which looked like they didn't even touch it at all. So I paid to basically have nothing done to my comforter. Doesn't even seemed like they cleaned it at all. I will not be returning here.

Staff needs to be trained to deal with occurring issues, especially customer service, whatever it may be. Not making promised follow up calls, being rude and not helpful on the phone, therefore not showing any concern to solve issues, is not professional. I blame management for that. I found the missing pair of pants the next morning, next to my car, on the ground. Who knows why it slipped out of the bundle. Sometimes, problems solve themselves, but how you deal with them is a much different story. Being called "by accident" by one employee, without addressing the issue, also doesn't help. People really need tools to deal with whatever may occur and stop hiding.

I was looking online for dry cleaners near my home and I decided to try Crest Cleaners because they had a website to which I thought, "Oh, here is a business that is mindful of their online reputation. I'll try them." I had a suit and a shirt dry cleaned and laundered, respectively. When I dropped off my items, the woman who processed my order was friendly and courteous. The turnaround was perfectly acceptable (two days). When I came to pick up my items, I was helped by someone else, another young woman who should not be interacting with customers. She looked very young, did not smile, seemed generally unhappy (which rubbed onto me), and snapped at my general direction to "have a nice day" in a completely canned, sentiment-less way. The suit was fine. Did not smell funny or anything negative. My shirt had a very long loose thread on the collar that was there before I dropped it off, but I assumed the cleaners would take care of it. I assumed wrong. The shirt wasn't ironed well and had wrinkles (read: mistakes) ironed into the sleeves and around the cuffs that I have to fix myself. (Not the permanent, purposely ingrained wrinkles, the shirt was just ironed improperly). It also had wrinkles/folds across the front from being hung too closely with other garments; the shirt had visible folds even when straightened out. Need better quality control from ironing to hanging onto rack. Summary: customer service is hit or miss (maybe the second woman was having a bad day, I know I have them from time to time), dry cleaning service seems fine (this one time), laundering service is below average (this one time), and will not do anything extra for you (clipping obvious 6 inch+ long loose threads on the collar, something blatant not like it was on the inside of the shirt). Will probably not return. It's hit or miss.
