AWESOME!   From the moment I met Christa and Jenn I felt comfortable.  I knew right then and there it was going to be a positive experience. Jenn and Christa of Brixton Real Estate are the absolute best.  We were referred to Jenn by friends and we are so glad we took their suggestion!  There are lots of realtors to choose from but if you want someone who knows the Denver/Highlands market better than anyone else (and wont let you overpay in this crazy market), go with Brixton. We closed on our home in June 2016 and could not be more happy.  We paid significantly under list price and got into the perfect neighborhood; all thanks to Jenn and Christa.  They know what they are doing when it comes to buying houses and are also two ladies we are happy to now have as friends!

Brixton Real Estate was referred to my wife and I through a family member when we needed to buy a home in Golden, CO from Los Angeles, CA.   Needless to say buying a home remotely is a stressful circumstance.  However, we quickly realized we had an amazing team locally in Jenn & Christa that went above and beyond our expectations.  They managed all aspects of the process on our behalf with the same vigor and details as if it was them buying the house. :)  Their use of technology mixed with local knowledge, and combined with a first rate referral list of various service providers (plumber, handyman, electrician, etc) makes for the perfect holistic experience.  I would recommend Brixton in a heartbeat to my closest of friends or family members.

Jenn and Christa at Brixton were incredible! They made the complex home buying process extremely smooth and painless. They're understanding of the Denver metro market is second to none and they found my new home, lined up a showing and we had our offer in and were under contract all in less than a week!

Thank you both for the great home buying experience. For a first time home buyer, it was incredibly easy to navigate everything with your guidance. 

I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Brixton!
