I was introduced to Danielle by family members who told my husband and I “we have the rental for you!” when we had announced that we would be buying our first home. 

We called Danielle; she walked us through the whole process beautifully! As first time home buyers we knew nothing of the process. Danielle gave us names and numbers of everyone we would need thought the process of buying a home. It was extremely helpful. 

When looking for a home she drove us ALL over the Denver area as we were new to Colorado. She helped us to narrow down the town we liked and the types of homes we liked. She never pressured us in any way but provide us with help, knowledge, and guidance. 

As we were getting closer to closing on our home she told us to call day or night if we start getting nervous, over welled, or scared. She was not lying! I called her many nights when I would start to worry about the fears of buying our first home. 

At closing she would explain everything as many times as I needed. Without any signs of frustration or announce. We are so gratefully to have had her on our first home! Now when I hear anyone taking about moving I always say “I have the rental for you!”
