I just phoned in an order for a coffee tumbler.  I was connected to Erin, who couldn't have been more helpful or nicer.  She doubled-checked to make sure the tumbler was still in stock, and then offered to have the tumbler sent to me express so it would arrive in time for a friend's surprise party.  Top-notch service and a great-looking coffee tumbler!!  So happy to give Broad St. my business and proud to be a Wesleyan alum and parent.  #THISISWHY

Unique. Cafe was great and had cool apparel/school gear.

Great bookstore, well organized for school, but very much expensive, especially with school supplies, but that's expected I guess.
