We began using the Wellness pharmacy in 2020 for my mom. She requires someone to give her medication twice daily. A LPN comes in the morning and also takes her Bp. The nurse that comes is Kathrine who is very conscientious, she is very diligent on the doctors orders that are given and very patient. I highly recommend this service , the pharmacy is available for questions and concerns , very helpful and listens to the family

This pharmacy continues to hassle -- nay, bully -- me, a disabled student, over an $18 balance owing that I cannot pay because, well, I'm a student on disability. Frustrating, poor customer service, a disappointment. They were better when I became a customer a decade or so ago, their customer service and attention to detail was great. Since then, it's changed management, or something, and the quality is no longer there, the pharmacy techs aren't as careful now, employees are getting a bit ruder, and getting good service here is like pulling teeth now. My advice to you is to stay away. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the neighbourhood that will do at least as good a job. This pharmacy doesn't seem to realize that.  EDIT TO RESPOND TO WELLNESS PHARMACY:  Ya, I'm sorry that happened, too. Switched to a kinder pharmacy, so you won't need to trouble yourself about it. You may want to put a stop to it before it loses you more customers, though.

The Wellness Pharmacy at 22314 Fraser Highway is outstanding. Our family started using this location for our elderly mom’s medication which is blister packed for us monthly. We always get a phone call to let us know the meds are ready for pick up a week early. We have had such fantastic service and advice, to make things convenient and easy they have a drive through go pick up and drop off pick. This extra feature has been a god send when we have small children or mom in the vehicle with us.  The family have all started using this as our pharmacy. A big shout out to David the pharmacist who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great experience getting my first dose of the AZ vaccine at Wellness Pharmacy. Dr. Soltanian was friendly and professional. I barely noticed getting the shot at all, everything was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

We received our first does of the COVID vaccine Wellness Pharmacy Broadway. The appointment booking went well and they were prepared for us at the date and time. The person that gave us the shot was excellent and provided great information on what to expect and what to look for post-vaccination.

Wellness pharmacy has been great! Signed up for waitlist for the covid AZ vaccine and they called me, I missed it, and then they called again couple days later which made me so happy! Staff were so friendly and dr soltanian was amazing with such great table side manner. Thank you wellness pharmacy team and all frontline healthcare for what you do!

Professional staff and they found my meds to order even though they were on shortage everywhere!

Effortless covid-19 vaccination. The Pharmacy student was very real with me - we talked about ways to cope with daily pandemic anxiety while also talking about what to expect from the vaccine. I really appreciated getting my dose 1 there from empathetic folks

Came in today to buy something at this pharmacy time is 11:22 and the pharmacy is suppose to be open at 8AM wasn’t open. Pharmacy is sometimes very important in the Heath of people and it’s unacceptable that there was not open but working inside. Not providing a number one service should be a shame for this business!  After your reply at the bottom I just wanna tell you that she didn’t offer help she just told me that I couldn’t come in and that the pharmacy was close to help offer. Very sad that your pharmacy is still close when most of the population have two vaccines and the situation is a lot better.

Got my AZ vaccines there, both dozes. No wait, competent and super friendly staff.
