Not bad. There aren't very many grocery stores in the downtown area and this one carries quite a lot of groceries. Take a pass on the chicken strips in the deli though

I've been using the pharmacy since before this place was missoula fresh market. It's mostly the same staff and they are always polite and helpful.

I have been a customer there since moving to Missoula, their Customer Service is 5 stars, friendliness is 5 stars, quality of in house prepared food 5 stars (except the $5.00 prepared pizza 😞), availability to sit down and snack, eat in comfortable chairs around a gas fire place 5 stars, the only reason customers cannot enjoy in store WI-FI is due to the homeless population from the Poverello that would congregate in the store all day every day blocking the other city populations from using/enjoying the in store WI-FI, as they would not be courteous and use it for an hour or so and then leave so others could sit and enjoy it and then revisit later, as for pricing in store, being a small, local chain and not a State conglomerate franchise their prices are going to be $0.20 to $3.00 more on non-essential life necessity products though with the help of the families that operate the Fresh Market and the local County and State Judicial Systems local name brand products of the same quality as the National chain name brand products are available for local customers to shop through with comparable pricing that are congruent with the bigger National name brand stores if you have the time to shop through and look around.

Well, they took this Safeway over, and Safeway had way better prices. Plus, because the local homeless shelter relocated just one block away, that means the seating area by the windows is chock-full of smelly, scummy losers who loiter and try to hit you up for cigarettes and money in the parking lot. My advice -- take out that seating and put merchandise there instead, which will deter these do-nothing transients to go elsewhere. (Oh, and I've seen them get items from the hot deli and eat them either outside or in the seating area without ever paying for them. If I'm required to buy my hot-deli items, why aren't they?)
