Man on the phone,  absolutely hysterical!  Rarely do I ever get customer service that can make me laugh , Most often it’s the dry “how can I help you?” Or “Will that complete your order?”
 Not this time.  I can only count ones that I’ve had a bad experience with this Broadway,  and truth be told I can’t count it is their fault. My burger was a little more done than I wanted but everybody was apologetic and the problem gets sorted out almost immediately.  This time? Perfect customer service,  fun laugh,  and  The delivery didn’t even take as long as he quoted!  I like this one;  it has that human charm that not a lot of restaurants have.  So if you want some good bar food and a good set of people working for you,  this Broadway Pizza is the way to go!

Let's start with the good: Broadway Pizza makes some pretty great pizza. Great topping choices, and several styles of crust, including deep dish. The house made sausage is a savory bonus, too.

Unfortunately, not everything rates as highly as their pie. Service was mediocre for a weeknight, even with a light crowd, it still took 10 minutes for our server to finally make her first visit to the table. The menu as well is particularly disorienting, despite it's apparent brevity. Far too many varied items buried on only a few pages; from pizza and pasta, to... fish tacos?

While what I've tried outside the pizza has been fine, I'd say skip opening the menu and flip it straight over to the back, where you'll find the namesake offerings and only thing you need to order: hot, delicious pizza. (With sausage!)

This place has good food all around, I've gone here several times. Service can be slowly. Call ahead take out orders have been fine for me also, but the new online ordering is a mess! Cashier gave me my order of pizza, pasta, and a sandwich and as I walked out I realized I did not have my pizza. It was clearly on the receipt. I walked back in and told them and had to wait another 15 minutes! I arrived exactly at the schedule time arranged during the order process.

Not happy... Always had great food and great service. Tonight was the exception I guess. I ordered at 530 pm was told 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I called and was told 90 minutes was the time I was given. At 715 pm my pizza and cheese bread arrived. 4 dollars we as added on to the bill by who ever rang my order up over the phone for gratuity, mind you this was printed on the receipt not authorized by me. To top it all off my pizza and cheese bread we're burnt to a crisp and cold. Extremely disappointed, they said money would be refunded, but we will see since they already attempted to take more money. I have no issues leaving a tip but to just take it is not acceptable!!!!

Great, quick service. Love the atmosphere of the place. Got the Baked Ziti, and OH MY! I have enough left overs for a few days! Delicious, and you get more than what you pay for. Highly recommend this place.
