I have been going to Panera every Tuesday for  several years. The staff does change over quite a bit but they are all very friendly and helpful. They aim to get it right. I have had my order fixed or redone if a mistake was made. Once in a while a new person can get the order wrong. The food is always good. The seating fills up fast at lunch time so get there early or have a late lunch. You will not be disappointed.

I use to love coming here for meals with family and friends. I ordered the clam chowder soup which came swimming with a heavy taste of salt on top. The bread we brought home was beautiful and appealing. It tasted like it was washed in a salt bath. The worse part were the sweet rolls that tasted like someone shook a shaker of salt over the flaky top of my last treat. My head is still throbbing from the amount of salt that was needlessly added. All I can say is diner beware of the entering the salt mines that now pass as panera’s best and keep your doctors phone number close to your fingertips.

Panera is going downhill in my opinion. The staff here is wonderful so it is by no means their fault however Paners eliminated items from the menu that kept me coming back. It's disappointing that I cant even get a pepperoncini to go with my Pick 2 anymore due to the "clean menu". Portion sizes have seemingly shrunk as well. Last time I visited I got soup in a bread bowl which used to come full but this time the bread bowl was smaller and maybe half full.

Great bakery. Wonderful pastries, scones, muffins and bread. Nice sandwiches and soups, too. Salads ok. Pasta selections need help and are skimpy. Prices are getting expensive.

I haven't been back to this one for several months.  They check off that the order has been checked- but always something missing and service is super slow during non-busy times. I came back since it was closer to where I was and again, still experienced the same issues . I will not be back to this location.
