I've had a few storage units over the years and Broadway Storage is FOR SURE at the top of the list! Mark's expertise and EXEMPLARY customer service is always Top Notch! THAT MAN DESERVES A MAJOR RAISE OR BONUS!! They do whatever they can to work with the customer on making up past due accounts. They DO NOT try to auction off your belongings, instead giving you months to try to work out a plan to help you retain your unit and personal things. No other storage facilities do this! It's really the great care given to the customer by Mark, on-site manager/office guy, that will keep me there! I recommend/refer anyone and everyone to Broadway Storage to see Mark.
The front desk attendant wouldn't allow me to use the restroom during business hours saying they've "had a problem with customers doing drugs in there". Nevermind all the people who do drugs on their storage units at all hours. I had to cross through busy traffic to go to the gas station just to go pee even though we've been doing loyal business here for over 4 years. Pretty disappointed Eta: my vehicle was at the back where our unit is and I came out through the gate from storage so kind of shocking if you didn't notice that. I didn't get to mention I was a customer because you right off the bat said "we don't let customers use the restroom anymore". It's honestly even more insulting that you say it's up to the employee to decide if they feel safe and apparently you felt that I was such a threat you had to deny me.
The most affordable storage in town! You can pay on a monthly basis. I would call a month or two before you need to rent one, as they are generally always close to full capacity. It's located on Euclid Ave. behind the pet store across from the old eastgate mall. I have used this business at least eight times in the last several years. The units are clean and well kept, with twenty four hour access. I would be careful about storing any highly valuable items here, but that's the same for any storage rental business. Some units are higher security than others, being behind locked fence areas. They have several cameras and many different sized units. They also offer storage for RV's and boats. The owners and staff are professional and friendly. They sell good locks and any other accessories you may require. I highly recommend using this storage for all your needs.
This place use to be really great. However, not anymore. Their online portal has not been updated with payments since February, but keeps showing more charges and fees, but not payments. They raised prices without notice, in our unit almost $40 a month raise. And you can NOT talk to anybody anymore there, nor can you stop in and talk to anyone anymore. You can call every day, several times a day, and nobody will answer ever. It's like nobody works here anymore except maybe one day a month.
We recently suffered the loss of a car fire which took both our keys to our unit with it. When we notified them, right there on the spot they cut off the old lock and handed us a new one. Maybe it was timing and maybe it was sympathy or even policy considering the circumstances, regardless of why it was exactly what we needed when we needed it. Thanks Broadway storage! Update.... Still mostly happy with our storage provider. We were surprised tho not long ago, that our rent went up almost double what we'd been paying. We got in on an internet deal and had been under the impression the price was locked, but apparently that was not the case and we now get charged the full amount that sized unit goes for.
The customer service rep was very polite. Even though he quoted us for a smaller unit. The lady that helped us in the facility was courteous and respectful. She gave us a credit for the misunderstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to others
I had a storage unit here for over a year, paid every month on time. When we went to getget stuff out of storage everything on one side of the unit was ruined by water that leaked from the roof. We went to the office and they would not even come and look at the damage. They didn't care. I had to move into our new place with no furniture and Broadway storage did nothing. Do not use this place. We will be filing a judgment against them.
Fabulous staff! I had interactions with three different employees and they were all so helpful! They helped me look for the right size storage unit and measured the doors with me. Very satisfied customer!
I just got a unit here .The manager is so nice. The place is really clean. Everything is wonderful. The place seems really secure. If I could give them 10 stars, I totally would!
I wish they would cut deals to people that have been there for years instead of people they are trying to get to come there. Ive been there for over 5 years and I've never got a month free or any type of discount.
