As a renter at Simply Self Storage, I find that the facility is very accommodating to my rental needs. Over the years, I've seen a change in personnel, yet when it came time for me to combine multiple units; the transition was effortlessly handled with efficiency .....SHOUT OUT TO NELSON, MADELINE AND LUIS.

I've been here a few times moving clients into and out of storage. They are always friendly and easy to work with. Carts are readily available which is a huge plus! I definitely recommend if you need storage in the area. Ask for Melodie, she's the best!

Pros: 
Half of the staff are helpful and friendly. 
Renting and moving process are fast and smooth. 
Discount for the first month.

Cons: 
Other staffs are too loud on the phone (I barely heard when the policy was explained to me because one of the staff was yelling at another customer on the phone. We had to stop to wait for them to finish the phone call. This happened again when I came back.
Stiff policy that only benefits them but causes inconvenience for customer.
For example February only has 28 days. It happens the 28 is Wednesday this year. I ask them if I can pay for 3 days extra so I can move out on Saturday. They said no. I will have to pay for the entire March instead.
But I moved in on December 27th. They did charge me ~$45 for that 4 days and the entire January.
This totally has undid all of the pros above, which makes me not want to use their service again or recommend them for anyone else.

Sales associate Melanie was informative and very accommodating in helping me find a unit that met my needs.  The units I viewed were easy to find, very clean, and just the right amount of space I desired for my belongings. Thank you Melanie!
