Called them out to spray for bugs in yard.  They sprayed with everything they had, iron, fertilizer, mold, and bugs.  Killed all of the saint Augustine grass in the yard.  Weeds are doing fantastic.  Would not recommend

I've been a Brock customer in one shape or another for about 4 years. Some of their products work great, others don't work at all. Summary below:

1) Slab termite treatment and inspection - Assume it works, no termites yet after 4 years.

2) Quarterly household pest service - Works great. Haven't seen a bug inside the house, except the occasional fly or mosquito that gets through the door, since we signed up.

3) Yearly fire ant treatment - Treatment doesn't work. It is supposed to be effective with one treatment a year. They've been out at least monthly.

4) Lawn fertilizer / weed killer / etc. - Doesn't work. At the start of getting this service, my yard was 90% grass and a little yellow. After 6 months it was 50% grass but my weeds are the most fantastic shade of green. 

I'll keep being a customer for the quarterly pest treatment but I was able to take care of my lawn for less and with better results on my own. Now I just have to reclaim it from the weeds and fire ants...

I called for estimated on Friday.  Joanne was at my door Monday morning 8:30 AM.  She was thorough in explaining the service and I signed up.  Less than 3 hours later Marty was at my door to actually perform the work, spraying for Mosquito Control.  Service doesn't get any better than that! Both Marty and Joanne were professional and you could tell they loved the company they worked for.  Thank you!

Lawn service leaves a lot to be desired. New sod and more weeds in the lawn than when they started
