If I could give less stars I would. My first time there as I live down the street. I had easily 25.00 in just washing to do. They close at 8pm. I ended washing at 7:15. I had easily 6 loads. The attendant is very annoying and only seemed to care about closing the doors at 8pm rain or shine. He even made up a bogus lie that if the door is not closed by 8pm the police would arrive. I was born at night but not last night. Needless to say I was rushed out 75 percent of my clothes remained wet. I will never ever return. I want a refund in fact!

Due to my dryer do not work at home, I came to this place to dry my clothes. The place looks dirty and old. Almost all the machines do not work and there no AC in this crappy place. Only a selected few. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to go another location. I approached the Korean lady for a changes of $5. At first glance she was annoyed that I even ask her for chance and only gave me 4 quarters instead. She also told me "you cannot just dry your clothes here, you have to wash and dry". Since I already had my clothes in the dryer, she said this time only. I told her there should be a sign then, I never knew there such rule exist until I came upon this place. Dirty and nasty customer service. Definitely DO NOT COME here! 0/5 star!
