Just watched your delivery van blow past a school bus with its stop sign on and lights going on Dixie. Deliveries don't need to be that fast.

I am not one to ever post a negative review, but this experience certainly warrants it. I truly hope that this review will save someone from having to go through what I just went through. They lost two expensive dress shirts. My first time there. I recently moved to Clarkston and was already reluctant to try a new dry cleaner. I stopped in, because my daughter’s school is right down the road. So I dropped off 16 shirts, 5 pairs of pants. I stated the number of items to the worker. She looked at me and said okay, but did not provide a ticket. For that very reason, I notated the number of items I dropped off in my phone since my previous dry cleaner always gave me a receipt for the number of items dropped off. I understand that things happen. Nobody is perfect. It was what transpired afterwards that really makes me angry. I picked up my dry cleaning from there , immediately went home and began putting things away. I noticed right away that two of my shirts were missing. So I immediately called to let them know. Unfortunately, the owner Jimmy answered the phone. He immediately became extremely combative with me. It was a weird conversation. Certainly not the type of conversation you’d expect to have with a store owner in the customer service industry, in this situation. I felt attacked, and then dismissed by the end of the call. I told him that I just recently bought one of the two shirts - hadn’t even had it dry cleaned yet. He didn’t seem to care. My second attempt to make contact - again Jimmy was very dismissive - didn’t seem to care that he lost my shirts. My third attempt - a text message that was answered - said he’d be in touch shortly. My fourth attempt - an entire eight days later - a text message asking for an update - completely unanswered and ignored. No response from Jimmy. Awful customer service. The owner seriously needs to change careers. Unbelievable that he doesn’t care that I’m out $300 to replace what he lost. All he did was accuse me of being mistaken and complain about his life and his business. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else. Stay clear of this place. I just read another review by another customer where his items were lost as well. That person seems to have had a very similar experience.
