it makes me feel good that they know my dogs . the vets are relaxed and caring during the visit . when i had to euthanize my best friend last year they cared - she wasn't just the next patient . they also followed up with a sympathy card.

Had two horses that got injured. Both were emergency calls. Horse one had a deep cut 2in wide to 2.5 inches long with little ones surrounding, we got directed in the wrong way by one vet saying just to rinse it daily and nothing else. Horse two was way worse we wanted X-ray's taken vet didn't want to after asking three times still no X-ray. Vet told us we need to wrap every other day with ointment applied. He looked at horse one and suggested the same thing then said his coworker had no idea what he was talking about. For six weeks we were doctoring up two hurt horses every other day, we never steered from the directions he gave us. Finally had to put horse two down due to her not putting any weight on it in six weeks she gave up and wouldn't get up one morning so we ended up putting her down. All in all I think this veternary clinic is good for check ups and cuts... If you have wounds on a animal go to a specialty vet.
