Well all I know is I'm gonna be selling my house in next few years.    Brook park is becoming a slum,     why don't the city fix brookgate shopping center.    Let's start finding ways to improve the looks of brook park.   There are so many lots, old closed down buildings like the old ballys (oh yea that crappy burger king is next to it) and the hotels on snow rd. What's with the Howard Johnson's by the freeway is it a crack house.      How about getting some big businesses in here what's with all that land behind Ford why not get walmart over there or another car company all I know these places are not attractive, slums slums slums

Are you kidding me? This is City Hall?? WOW! I can't believe how EXTREMELY TERRIBLE their operator is. I wish I had her name. She was BEYOND rude and had nothing but attitude right from the very start of the conversation. She kept accusing me of saying something that I did not say... so clearly she has a listening problem, since she can't seem to get it together and actually listen to the people calling in then she probably shouldn't have this job. And this is coming from a City Hall worker? I just can't believe that she is aloud to speak to people that way especially considering that I was not rude to her and did not give her attitude, until she kept falsely accusing me. I'm pretty sure this place would be better off without her. 
Please do yourself a favor and re-train her if she is going to continue to be employed here.  
AND UNFORTUNETLY I HAVE TO AT LEAST GIVE THIS PLACE A 1 STAR RATING TO POST.
