Quickest trip to the BMV I have ever experienced in my life! Maybe 10 minutes, at most. Friendly staff, efficient service.

Wow! This place is neat, clean, and orderly. The visit to the BMV/License Bureau is always bound to be long and somewhat painful. This was great compared to all of my other BMV visits! I must've lucked out. No long lines, no screaming children... as painless as possible. Tips: Keep all stuff up to date, stay legal, bring cash or check (they take cards, now. Not sure if credit cards or just debit), when taking a license photo, don't lean up against the wall. For those with "double chin syndrome", shoulders back, chin forward, SMILE, & try to be as "you" as possible. Try not to look like a wild freak or a greasy criminal. Bathe or shower before you come. Do your hair. It's not wrong to practice in front of a mirror with a few dead-on pictures. Remember: the BMV camera will not take at an angle or "capture your good side." It will take a picture of you facing directly forward. This is needed for legal identification. It's pretty close to a mug shot. It's not always becoming. Go easy on yourself. ALMOST NO ONE LOOKS GOOD IN THESE THINGS.

Slowest and quite possibly the most congested BMV I've been to; perhaps I just hit one of those really busy times of the year but I will go to a different BMV for now on and never step foot in this one again. It just seemed as though no one that worked here had any sense of urgency...quite the opposite, seemed like everyone had lead in their shoes. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

Yassmin helped my wife and I get a new plate, a new registration tag, and a drivers license quickly and with a smile instead of sending us into three separate lines where we would have had to wait over and over.

I cannot believe the HORRIBLE service I just received from this DMV. So bad I had to write this review before I can continue on with my day. When I first walked in an older woman began yelling at the gentleman I was with over a notary. Then, after being snarkily told to take a seat, I was then told by another woman that we were "sleeping" because we didn't hear her mumble our number from 6 desks away. I will never return here, and I advise anyone reading this review to do the same. If I was in charge I would have these women fired for their unprofessional rude nature and inappropriate comments.
