I have work with Brooker Financial for Several Years and they take care of the customer.  The staff are knowledgeable about what programs are available for the customer and make sure they are the right fit together.  If there is an issue at closing they address the issue where other lender would leave the customer hanging and not address the issue.  I have used them for my personal loan and I am in the business and work with several lenders and choose to go with Brooker Financial due to the service.  I would recommend them to everyone that is looking for a mortgage.

Absolutely horrible.  Twice my husband and I tried to obtain a home loan. Twice we turned down even after we improved our credit. The first time we were denied was last year and the second time was earlier this year.  I'm glad to say that now my husband and I are proud homeowners. When you said no Caliber loans said yes! Thanks for kicking us to the curb.
