I want to say that when I first got a loan in the mail it was helpful because I needed some extra money.  I had not asked for it, and was very confused why I got a check from Bank of America.  The biggest problem was that I was never sent the papers to have for the payments, along with it never being told when the first payment was starting.  I had to call and shown where I can do it online that the payments for the amount of months would be mailed to me--it NEVER was as I asked it to.  Having a $15 dollar fee due never sending a letter to me with the payment and me having to call and asking when and how I should not have been given a late payment fee.
