Been there many times with very fast heart rate SVT. The staff of DR. and nurses are great. They reacted quickly and are so qualified in what they do. I am so thankful for living in this area of SD and having an Emergency room like this

Went to the emergency room last night for a fall my daughter had.  The nurse went above and beyond to help us,  which included a follow up call later. The Dr was also very great with her. I am very impressed, great employees!

Literally the worst ER visit I've had in my life! The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all rude, unhelpful and short with me and my sick 10 month old. I've never experienced such callous hospital staff anywhere else! So disappointed!

We've used the emergency ward a couple of times, and both times the nurses and physicians were extremely thorough and fast in their response.  Also, very friendly and responsive overall to my wife's needs.  Not sure what's going on with the more negative experiences.  Maybe some random factors I haven't witnessed there.

I have been to the ER two times in the last two weeks for a concussion that I suffered at work. The same ER doctor was working both times. He treated me very poorly and was not professional. I have been seeing a different doctor at Sanford for my concussion because he did not take it seriously. Very dissatisfied with this ER staff.
