I have been following a package sent via UPS/USPS. I noticed that it arrived today a Friday so I called the local office to arrange to pick it up today but to no avail. I spoke with Barbra, a very helpful person by the way and she informed me that while UPS had indeed delivered the days shipment, there was not enough staff to sort it out and make it ready for today. It was marked with a due date falling on a Saturday. If your a local you will understand that this means I will get my package sometime after 9:00 AM on Monday. Thanks for trying.

Up-date ***** -10 power on the stars this time! They got the package into the truck this time folks, just delivered it to the wrong street and called it good! Lucky for me the folks that got it didn't mind looking up my phone number and kindly let me pick up the package from them. I don't know if there is a provision for formal complaints with the USPS (unusually slow & poor performance?) but I shall seek them out. Thanks for nothing!

This review is of their attitude. It is amazing how they keep a positive attitude regardless of how many people are standing in line silently eyefighting them. I understand how it's not up to the people helping the customers to hire more people. I used to get annoyed every time I had to wait in line to pick up a package. Then I realized I got annoyed by anything and everything from traffic to crowded stores, at kids or clerks, at people that walk slow, until it finally hit me. The whole world can't be wrong. I realized that how my day goes can't be dictated by the things I can't control.
 Kudos to the people that work there and by the way, I don't know them nor am related to them.
