Here is the dialogue of my experience at the white city USPS. 

Me: Hello I'd like to ship this package out and I'm curious if your CD boxes are the smallest you sell? 

Teller: (while weighing my package) they are.

Me: How much do they cost?

Teller: (rolling her eyes and sighing) it depends the weight on what your shipping.

Me: Im sorry I meant the price of the box

Teller: The price of the box is on the box! You didn't put your return address on this package you're shipping??

Me: No I didnt. I am new to shipping out products so I'm trying to figure things out. can I use my business name on the return address and can I use this place as my return address? 

Teller: Use whatever you want I don't care. 

Me: okay.. 

(She hands me the receipt for the package I'm sending)

Teller:(in demeaning tone) look If it is your buisness wouldn't you want the return address to be your house? I mean, wouldnt that make sense? Does that make sense to you? 

Me: Yes It does. But why so much sass? 

She then laughed at me and walked away, leaving the kind teller next to her to let me know to just fill out my return address and leave my package there and that she will come back for it eventually.

I then walked out preprared to go home but was so shaken up by the awful service and not having any of my questions answered that I went back in and told the manager of my experience. 

The manager was very kind, respectful, apologetic and listened to everything I had to say. 

I admit I should've done a little more research before going in there to send off a package but I also believe my questions could have been easily answered without all the disrespect.
