The person behind the counter was nice and very helpful. Food was great! I love their Sicilian slices. I got two for me and my coworker who work across the street. Very reasonably priced for the amazing quality of their food.Food: 5/5

The food was presented nicely in its box. Guy behind the counter was really nice. Crust was nice, thin, and cooked right. It's better than some expensive pizza places I've been to recently.  Parking: It's New York. If you aren't parked there first it's going to be very difficult to find a space. Better off just getting a spot and taking an Uber, taxi, bike, or walk there.  Wheelchair accessibility: No step to worry about, door is usually wide open to let the heat from the oven out so no need to worry about trying to open the door.

I love the grandma pie slices, the dough is tasty and the toppings just right. The thin crust pizza is fine, but less memorable. The meatballs have great flavor and the large portion is amazing value. The person behind the counter is an incompetent person that, when I called to cancel an order that I accidentally placed for pickup instead of delivery and was told to contact the third-party provider, proceeded to prepare the food and then told the third-party that they would not authorize my cancellation and refund. I called the restaurant back and learned this man proceeded to make the pizzas, despite our conversation and then when I asked for clarity about why he would do such a foolish thing, knowing I wanted to cancel them, he HUNG UP ON ME! I’ve had the pizzas before and they are mid at best. What awful customer service and how desperate are you to want to keep someone’s money. What a jerk in place for expletives.  3/26/24: I see that the shop replied and he is incorrect. I asked for a cancellation since I was out of the delivery range and was told to speak to their third-party, Slice. To which, the aforementioned situation occurred.

Were recommended by a local, and the pizza was pretty good! It was unfortunately pretty cooled down by the time we received it via delivery.

I had the Grandma slice and it's now in my top ten list out of 100 pizza places I've tried in the USA.  This guy, the owner and pizza maker knows his stuff.  Keep it up. Folks should visit here at least once in a lifetime.

Pizza is really good actually. No bathroom. Make sure you get napkins yourself if doing take out.

After 17 YEARS in BK I FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT GRANDMA SLICE!!! A beautiful little pizza cracker, sauce with just a little kick, not too much cheese, a touch of basil and olive oil. I can't, it's so good.

I was drunk and enjoyed my pepperoni slice but all my other friends didn’t like it so I’m factoring that into my review especially cause I was the one drinking. I thought it was good though regardless.

Excellent late night slice shop. I love the ribbony shredded mozz. Crust was thin and crispy. A stranger bought the slices for us because he liked our Halloween costumes!
