I was here a week ago and got just a brewed coffee. Only one carafe had cofffee in it and it was cold, the others were empty. The employee acted "put out" to have to make coffee. We were the only customers and it was not near closing time. Came back a week later for a meeting. Only one other customer inside. All the tables were dirty. I brushed a booth off so we could sit down. Nobody came out to clean anything.

We usually have a good experience here. Place is clean, people are friendly. But today the young lady at the drive thru needed to work on her listening skills. Repeating "is that it?" over and over before we could even finish a sentence was quite rude. We actually cut our order short and didn't order anything for ourselves, just the kids, because we felt so rushed.

This place was an instant hit when it was first opened at the apple and west location, however after recent staffing changes (the guys that where here when it first opened were amazing at their job and are very much missed among some of the demographic) I feel it's gone down hill. Coffee is a hit or miss situation, bagels that used to be overflowing now seem to have the bare minimum, my last drive threw experience resulted in a repeated question of "is that it" when we were still debating on our order (kind of hard when we don't know for sure which bagels are available) tonights visit was greeted with a cold cashier and an unmotivated but strangely enthusiastic about being so co worker.

I love that this place opens early enough for first shifters to stop on their way to work. One guy that works there on the morning if always super fast but some of the other ones meet make you later for work.

Brittney is the best at making drinks! I am never disappointed when she serves Me! So glad to see her when I come in to eat!
