Lots of construction so I don't know if that was the problem but I only ordered a small hot moca with none fat milk but still wanted the whipped cream. When I got it there was no whipped cream and it tasted like water. One good thing i went to the other McDonald's and they fixed it for me. 5 star 🌟 for the McDonald's on Sherman

Waited in line for over 10 minutes in the drive thru before I could order and no one answered on the speaker box to take my order. Waited a few more minutes for someone to answer before leaving. I was able to watch what people were ordering in the other drive thru line, though, because they were ringing them up on the wrong screen.

The night time manager is the worst customer service professional i have ever met in this town. I have no idea how you people keep her employed this long. She is always rude! Always in a bad mood! And never can compete her job correctly. I frequently visit this location and never have a issue inless she is the one at the window! Id rather drive off then deal with attitude ever again!

If i could give 0 stars i would waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be told what i wanted wasnt available. Its not that they were busy the lazy ass cashier was unable to do her job and wait on customers while also giving back change. This was all after going to another location owned by the same company and not getting what i ordered. I ordered a shamrock shake and received a cup of liquid vanilla shake mix with literally about an 1/8 of a teaspoon of the green flavoring. U could barely see it was green. Took a pic to show. Never going to the locations owned by this company again.

This McDonalds is super slow. Always be prepared to wait a long time. But who knows... you might have better luck then me... the food seemed about average for most of what the quality is in most of the McDonald chain.
