We were treated with patience and kindness, and given a to-do list, which has been very helpful. We only wanted cremation, as we are from out-of-state, and were relieved that there was no pressure to purchase unneeded items or services. Also, they took care of notifying the VA and social security; and we were presented with a flag in honor of our father's WWII service, courtesy of the VA.

Brookside did a great job of taking care of our family. The staff was compassionate, genuine and helped us understand everything that needed to be done.  We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase additional services.  It was also nice to have our family taken care of by a local family / neighbors rather than a large corporate chain.  I feel good about recommending Brookside to you in your time of need.

Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of my Brother.  Especially thank you to our Funeral Director Jamin, Dick & Janet. All of your staff were very caring. You all really went above and beyond. Your facility is beautiful and we are forever grateful for your help! If you are reading this trying to decide on what funeral home to use, call Brookside. They will take great care of your family.

Very good place to see a service. My brother in law, Jared Scroggins, his service was there. Very nice staff and very accommodating. Overall an amazing experience in such a tragic time.
