I ordered online a beautiful arrangement  for a funeral, we did not get what we ordered. They switched out the vase in the picture for a more expensive one and did not get our approval. So with the more expensive vase, they cheaper out on the flowers. It looked like an amateur arranged it. I went to them and complained...they would not make it right.

We like to have fresh flowers around the house, so my husband takes our vases to Brookville Flower Shop about once a month to be filled with a random assortment of flowers. They never disappoint and usually are very quick about it.
