Just was in Kroger store getting flowers and happened to remember why I always go to Kroger for my flowers for the family. 
Went to Englewood Florist last spring to get some flowers for my wife. I should have known when I seen about 4-5 people waiting for service that this was not going to end well. Short story waited 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, they would look from the back but never came out. So myself and 2 others left and went to Kroger's where the flowers were 20% cheaper and better looking.
Been going every since and have told several people Kroger's is the place for flowers.

Very grateful for their good service. They stayed open late for me so I could get an arrangement for my friends funeral. Wonderful people.
