ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!  I hired Brothers Movers (BM) to move several pieces of furniture locally (2.5 miles) this past December.  BM said they would send 3 men for 3 hours of moving time (and 1 hour of travel time) for a total of $460 (@ $115/hour).  On the morning of the move, only 2 movers showed up. I tried calling and emailing BM immediately, as we needed 3 movers, but they didn't answer their phone or respond to my emails.  So, we were STUCK with just 2 men moving the furniture.  As a result, the move took SEVERAL HOURS longer than it should have, effectively ruining our Saturday.  When it came time to pay the bill, BM pulled a BAIT & SWITCH and refused to honor the rate we had contracted for (i.e, $38/man hour...$115 for 3 men), insisting instead that we pay a higher rate of $50/man hour.  When I refused to pay the higher rate, Laurie (who handles the scheduling for BM and was the one that promised to send 3 men for our job) started yelling at me over the phone in front of my children and my neighbor's children.  She was incredibly unprofessional and rude.  DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS!!

Excellent job.  Careful, polite, accommodating and the right price. Would highly recommend.  Don and his team did a great job

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! A pleasure to work with such great people who are quick and really care about the things you own...No Negative comments here! ALL positive...glad to refer them all day long to my friends,family and also my moving clients.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brothers Movers for four consecutive moves over the course of 15 years.  Each and every time I was treated professionally and felt confident that I was relying on a group of people who knew what they were doing.  This allowed me to do what I needed to do.  I am grateful - thank you to Laurie and her team!!

We were SO pleased with Brothers movers. They were on time,  polite,  and SO hard working. They were happy to accommodate any request. No job too big or too small. They were VERY hard working. They actually made moving a pleasant experience!
