I paid Brothers nearly $6,000 to reconstruct the roof on our Portico and repaint the Portico. The first issue was a disagreement over the areas to be painted. After walking through the project with the salesperson and signing a contract, Brothers later began claiming that the contract did not cover all areas to be painted. In the end, I accepted the job and paid to have less work done than I anticipated.

The bigger issue is the fact that the roof was reconstructed improperly. It took several months before I realized, but water is not correctly directed off the roof. It now cascades over all of the decorative painted wooden elements on the portico. Not only does this cause our guests to walk through a waterfall when entering our house during a rainstorm, but our nice white Portico is now stained from where the water runs down its front side, and there are early signs of rotting on the fascia.

Brothers offered to come out and fix the issue 2 months ago, but when it came time to schedule an appointment they became non-responsive. Two months later, I am now writing this negative review on the internet and still have no response AT ALL from them.

Buyer beware.

Superb kitchen design services.   Start to finish they walked us through the entire process.

My wife and I were referred to "Brothers" by my wifes brother and knowing how pickey he is we made an appt.We needed a complete overhall of our 1955' metal cabinet kitchen and they were ready to tackle the job.The whole experience was very professional yet personal.We 1st met with Bob Poist -the sales rep,he was very knowledgeable and really likable.Bob had us meet at the showroom to go over our options with him and Jaclynne (an interior designer)they really made us comfortable and it made for a fun experience.After agreeing on a date the crew showed up for a 10 day stay.The project mgr. "JJ" took his job very serious and his main goal was our complete satisfaction with the finished product.The team of craftsmen led by Jason and Trevor were spot on when it came to quality,you could tell they took pride in their job and were 100% trustwothy in our home while we worked. We were blown away with the finished kitchen.An awesome company that worked a miracle in our worn out kitchen..........Thanks Brothers
