It only took 20 minutes for the service guy to fix my AC but said he needed to do more "tests".  Writes me up a bill for $120 in labor and charges me $10 for filter and $60 for cleaning then said he would take it off if I enroll in annual service plan.  I said I didn't ask for a filter or cleaning and I am not paying that.  He argued for a few minutes but took it off.  Clearly, he was just trying to rip me off and used the "cleaning" bill as leverage to sell the annual service plan.  Stay away from Pipco.

A great company. Used them to install a furnace 3 years ago. And they were straight to the point no tricks. Will use them again in the future. No issues with furnace thus far.

After dealing with sporadic HVAC issues, I called Pipco. I was able to schedule service in a timely manner. They came and discovered a leak in the air conditioning unit. The coil needed to be replaced. Once the part was in, my AC was running within minutes. I've since signed up for their service plan to cover any further issues.

About 6 years Pipco installed a complete hvac system in my home to replace the original electric baseboard heat.  As a home improvement contractor I saw they did a quality job.  It is a Trane, 16 seer system which has not only made my home much more comfortable, but has also paid for itself with reduced utility costs.  I have not had any problems with the system and highly recommend them.
