I have to say I had the most amazing experience this evening. I came in feeling the worst I've ever felt in life. I waited 15 mins before being called back into triage where I was immediately brought back into a room. EKG, CT scan, blood work, AND urine test were all taken within an hour of me being there. I have never had faster service in my life. My ER Nurse was Nurse James who was by far the most amazing Nurse I have ever had! I have had quite a few hospital stays and I have never been treated so well. He explained everything to me in full detail so I understood rather than just slapping a paper in my hand and sending me on my way, he was very caring and made sure everything was done right, he even explained the blood tubes and why he was drawing blood to my very curious 5 year old and also let him assist with scanning my bracelet. Honestly I never leave reviews but I had such a great experience and I am so thankful for having such an amazing Nurse and such great service that I had to tell someone. Thank you James!! You are the best!! Hospitals need more people like you.

I can't describe how poor the quality of care is at this hospital with regards to my father.  Is this a kennel?  The food is worse than dog food, served cold - two slices of bread and a slice of cold cut is lunch.  No water.  Cannot get help to pee.  The nursing staff will not discuss his situation with me, even though he gave permission.  They give me excuse after excuse, with a promise to call me back, but they never do.  They treat my father, a man with a technical master's degree, like a 3 year old.  Avoid this place at all costs!

One of the biggest things i could see and it's  not a bad thing was that from security to employees that there is a like of time off to be refreshed that's why i gave them a 4 star for there courage to still hange in there with a smile 👏

BEST experience.  I had two joint replacements and have never had better care!  They lose one star for the food.

Shameful psychiatric help.Changes in my insurance prevented me from seeing my usual Dr. and he advised I go there because I had never had such a bad bipolar mood episode. Mentioned Seroquil and Klonopin and Dr. Wilson immediately equated me as drug seeking, explaining that she doesn't write scripts "for those" types of drugs. Need to be suicidal and baker acted to receive my usual treatment for an episode.SHE DID NOT EVEN ASK QUESTIONS TO ASSESS ME!!! Or provide information to on where I COULD get the treatment I required. Some !&::%_* doctor. And people wonder how other people kill themselves. This is how my cry for help was answered at Broward Healh North. Thanks for LITERALLY NOTHING!!!
