Car wash Brown bear machine broken my windshield and my car still dirty.. the manager of this place did not accept the responsibility about this acting rude no money back, I asked for some coupon but no nothing.

Staff is not friendly but neither are they rude, they just seemed disinterested. Not a great trait in employees but when you make minimum wage (guessing) you get what you pay for. 
After each car wash (used this location 2-3 times so far) the dust and grime is washed away but I'm left with water spots on all glass services which isn't a huge issue but is rather annoying. Seems like the rinse and dry part of the wash is subpar. When starting the drying portion I see noticeable suds still on the exterior of my vehicle which I assume leads to the noticeable water spots. 
If you're looking for a quick wash to get the bird poo and grime off your vehicle then use Bear.   If you want quality service and a  thorough wash, go else where.

Employees always park right in the entrance making it impossible to get into this busy area. Automatic reader for memberships has never worked once for me. This is the most convenient brown bear to me and because of this I won't renew next year.

Perfect location to get your car washed if you live or work in Issaquah. For $20 you get unlimited washes on your vehicle. Just make sure to not wait until the weekend on a sunny day when the wash is the most busy.
