The Brown Dog Cafe has been an upscale dining destination in Blue Ash for over 12 years. We are now open in our brand new location at Summit Park!

Story

Chef Shawn and his culinary team proudly serve pristine, sustainable Hawaiian fish, wildly popular game features, including: rabbit, duck, lamb, wild boar, venison and more--plus an array of other creations ranging from unique appetizers, vegetarian dishes, homemade pastas and ice creams.

Amazing! Came in last night with my family - pizza of the week was superb. Loved the Wild Boar - Corn and Crab chowder too. The pork chop that my husband has was great too. So happy to have stopped into this restaurant.

Another outstanding dinner at THE Brown Dog!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Shawn and Saundra for a delightful evening and fantastic meal.. Great to see you both and thank you for taking time out of a very busy night, to stop by our table.. PS..AND Saundra, the Bourbon tasting was "over the top"!!! :-)

Brussel sprouts were amazing, as was the hummus and poutine fries. I had the salmon for my entree. It was great. There could have been a little more veggies on the side. My friends got the duck and the scallops. Present ration was beautiful and both were very pleased with their meal. Service was good too. I would definitely 100% go back.

Perfect atmosphere for the area. Bordering Lots of patio seating available where you can overlook the beautiful Summit park and playground. Dogs are allowed (and encouraged) in the patio area. There is a large brick pizza oven and chefs who are talented and personable. We've often had our order taken by the chef who will be making the pizza. I recommend the poutine, or the margarita pizza. In the evening the restaurant is toned down and becomes more cozy and romantic. The dinner menu is upscale, so be prepared to spend a little, but it will be worth your money. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food generally comes out quick and there is never much of a wait. Parking is a little farther than your typical restaurant, but it is only a short flat walk from the lot.

Food perfectly prepared and extremely flavorful in a relaxed, beautifully appointed atmosphere. Would give the owners and chefs 10 stars if I could. Might make this tremendous restaurant a one a month stop!!
