Absolutely impressed with the customer service here today. Ordered furniture from here and once it was delivered it didn't fit in my living room like I had planned. My own mistake. Normally store policy would allow special orders to be returned but after being able to talk to Ferris Antone ( the store manager) he not only did he special order us a smaller piece that would fit but also refunded us for the wedge that we wouldn't be able to use.  This customer is very happy !

While they have a nice selection of furniture, the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. My husband and I went in looking for bedroom furniture and no one said anything to us, not a hello, nothing. We were in the store for 20 minutes looking around, and while several others were greeted and helped, we were not. We had just come from church and were appropriately dressed, so I'm not sure why the blow off, but I'm willing to go further down the road if it means a friendlier sales staff.

I just purchased a couch and matching love seat from Brown's, and I was highly satisfied with the entire experience.  I walked into the store late one evening, not realizing they had already closed.  The manager still took the time to show me what I was looking for, and helped me to find the perfect set (GREAT customer service!).  They were a good price, look amazing and best of all are super comfortable!  The delivery process was smooth and a very fair cost, the delivery guys brought it in and had me set up in 5 minutes.  Forget Nebraska Furniture Mart; I'm shopping Brown's Furniture the next time I need something for my home!

Honestly my favorite furniture place.  I keep going back for many things.  Most of the time it's much cheaper than the bigger stores and the staff is always extremely helpful.
