We are in the market for a sectional and happened to drive by here. We browsed for a while and we were  eventually approached by an associate. I think her name was Ellen. She was so pushy and over bearing that we left with the intent of never returning here. She didn’t seem very knowledgeable about warranties or store policies and when we were getting ready to leave she assured us that we wouldn’t find the quality that we would find there elsewhere and that we weren’t leaving without buying a sectional TODAY. My fiancé was instantly irritated and I felt super awkward. That tactic may work on people who are pushovers but she was sadly mistaken. It was rude and we will never be back.

This place truly deserves a 0. Ordered a sectional that arrived defective. The sectional not only had major scuff marks and missing fabric, but some of the cushions were a completely different style/size! Tried to get a replacement but they said the replacement would be 10 weeks minimum (if at all). 

They tried to get me to select and buy a different sectional, but I would have to pay the price difference, even if it was only a couple hundred dollars. They refused to throw in any sort of price reduction/incentive for my trouble. If I were to order the replacement, which might not come in for months (I really appreciated their lack of knowledge/transparency with their supplier), I would have to return the defective sectional currently in my home. So I would have nothing to sit on for 10+ weeks minimum. Nah, I'm good. 

In addition to the above, the managers were equal parts rude and clueless. I even had one manager say he forgot about my issue and didn't remember! Stay far, far away.

My shopping experience here was outstanding. Teresa was so knowledgable about not only the inventory but as well as what's "on trend" with interior design. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. I got an incredible price on a couch that I know will last me for years to come. Thank you again to Brown's Furniture for making my shopping experience that much more enjoyable.

This place is a complete crap show. If there is any issue with your furniture on delivery or anything else, it will be a nightmare. They will give you the run around. When you finally get a hold of someone, they will tell you they need to talk to their manager to make things right. Then when you ask to talk to their manager, they will tell you, "Oh I was just kidding, I am the manager." Apparently, and this is just a theory, there are 2 guys over there that I think are both the manager. But they say the other guy is the manager depending on the situation and if it suits them. But, if you tell them the other guy said they were the manager, then they accept the role. Either way, go shop somewhere else. I was really satisfied with my purchase from WCC. It had some issues on delivery and the guys resolved it themselves. Best experience at WCC.
