The worst part of our experience was Tony. I showed him a picture of a couch I had which I was looking to buy again for $1200 max. He said they didn't have anything like it and spent hours showing me furniture that I didn't want for much higher prices. At one point, he pitched me a $2500 leather recliner. After going home and doing research, I found my exact couch online for my price, and Olinde's was the only carrier in Lafayette. So I went into the store to customize it and sought a different rep... he pulled the lady aside and took over. Again, another multi-hour visit of him hawking over me and bothering me. Finally finished the order, which was like pulling teeth with visibly-agitated Tony, and he tells me it will be in in 4-6 weeks. I call them after 8 weeks for an update... they had the wrong name AND the wrong address. Completely shite experience, and I'll never go back. Love the couch though.

Very frustrating. Called Lafayette store about an entertainment center on olindes website that had “in stock”. Was told by Tony that he could have it for me the following Wednesday in the Lafayette store. I proceeded to pay in full with a credit card. Called him Tuesday to check. He was “at lunch” so I left voicemail asking him to call. He didn’t. When I called back 3 hours later, my call went to the fax machine. Wednesday morning I call again only to be told it was his day off. The lady on the phone checked for me and informed me that my cabinet was there and for me to call before going to pick it up so they’d have it ready. To save me the $119 delivery fee, my neighbor offered to bring me to Olindes in her truck. It was no less a shock when we drive the distance to the store only to be asked “Do you want us to put it together?” I said are you KIDDING ME??? Nobody told me it would come in pieces in a box, I was so pissed off!! I asked what was the charge for assembly and they said no charge but it would take a few minutes. My neighbor had other errands to run and was on a time frame so we couldn’t wait. I just walked out. I immediately called to speak to the manager, Raymond, explaining what happened and not being totally informed about the conditions of my order. He promised to have it assembled and delivered Thursday afternoon and he apologized for Tony’s incompetence as a salesman. I did get the cabinet Thursday but the guys didn’t install the shelves. I was handed the hardware to do it myself. I called Raymond back but after being put on hold, I was told “he was with a customer “ so I left a voicemail. The cabinet is beautiful but the thrill of getting new furniture was shot after what I went through to get it. Customer service no longer exists!

April was my salesperson. She helped me choose matching fabric for the pillows on my new sofa. She has very good taste and ability. We had one little problem, but she was able to fix it. I would recommend O’Lindes.

Service was good...greeted nicely upon entering. Lots to love in this store—many one-of-a kind grand pieces. Several deal throughout the store. I particularly loved the armoire selection and patterned pillows.

I love ❤️ the furniture from Olinde’s and have purchased most of my furniture from Olinde’s.
The personnel was very helpful, especially Ms. Stephanie Orr, who looked up information for me trying to match pieces with the furniture I presently have. She always returnimy calls and was helpful when I went in.
Their service despairing five (5) star ⭐️ rating.
