This is a FULL SERVICE STORE! Including the fact that they will give discounts whenever possible!! Example; I wear an 8.5 medium (most of the time), but in Merrell’s - I wear a 10! I would never have known, if I had not been able to try them on. Because of the Grand Opening Events, I learned about Merrell’s new “Vibram Artic Ice Sole”, (which STICKS TO ICE!), and now every one of my loved ones has a pair and Brown’s not only Special Ordered them, they gave us 10% off + a gift! I am a huge fan of this store! The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly, management has empowered their people with enough flexibility to make customers happy as well! It’s a fantastic achievement when a local retail store is growing in this age of internet sales closing retail store doors! In the end: “we get what we pay for”, and I realize that my physical alignment (and health), starts with my feet! Thank you Brown’s Shoe Fit Co.!!!

These guys have everything you could want at a shoe store. Would much rather shop here than a franchise box store!
