DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE, SMOKED METH ON MY PROPERTY, TOOK OUT THE HVAC UNIT THAT WORKED, CUT ALL THE ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING LINES AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE THAT COST ME AN EXTRA $8000 TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID!!

I filled out a contact request on the website. A few minutes later I received a call from a very friendly woman who told me that a service person would be at my house between 11am and 1pm. The plumber arrived within the window of time that I was quoted. He was neat and friendly. He assessed the problem quickly (slow tub drain) and presented me with a quote for snaking the drain. After I got over the sticker shock of a simple service ($289!), I signed the labor contract and he got to work. The drain was cleared quickly and he addressed another small issue I had with my twist-and-pull drain plug without my even needing to ask. When the job was finished he offered me some free advice on a leaky toilet valve (which I greatly appreciated) and he was on his way. On time. Quick. Friendly. Extremely helpful. Minus one star just because of the cost of service. Otherwise I was very happy and would use them again.

Company over charged, and than what didnt finish the job. Busted brick around an outside faucet. Installed a facuet a foot too long, and left pipe exposed in a 6 inch hole. Tonight it will hit 22 degrees, and i have to now hire a real contractor to fix there horrible job. Called to get resolved, and told by KEN that he got a new number.

I have never been so mistreated by a company. They "fixed" one air conditioning unit for $1000 in June. While we were of out town in August the other unit "blew up" and was replaced for $9000. I was told the new system had a different kind of coolant so the first unit would need to be replaced. We received no itemized bill for the job and asked twice for such but were ignored. In January, it became clear the first unit was not working. On a house call, we were told it was working but the thermostats in the house were reversed (downstairs controlled upstairs). A week later it still was not working. This time we were told the freon was "probably gone" and the electrical wires were fried – a fire hazard. The fellow called me to tell me this and yelled at me on the phone and then hung up when I asked why he had not replaced the first unit as he said he would in August. The guy is a liar and/or incompetent. After two weeks of cool weather, I called the Strittmatter company. Their service man found that the capacitor had been wired incorrectly. He replaced the wire and capacitor, and added some freon (no problem with two kinds of freon). He was done in 45 minutes, charged $565 for parts and labor, and the system is working fine. We were lied to three times and bullied by the service person. DO NOT use this company!

This company is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. My work was done over a year ago. I was extremely overcharged for the work that was done, and the work was sloppy. The owner showed up with 3 other guys. The other 3 stood around and looked at each other. Within a couple of months the garbage disposal was leaking and when I called to complain they said someone would be right out. I waited ALL day and no one showed up. Found out later the owner was supposed to show up. We rescheduled and the same thing happened. Except he did show up, outside of the hours, and the sneak put a note on my door "I was here where were you?" Sitting in my living room is where I was. I called the office to complain and found out they had no record of the work and there was no money in the account! I had proof I paid them. Even the lousy woman at the desk did nothing. Lied to me and never called me back. I finally gave up and then the very nice man who put in my new HVAC unit fixed the garbage disposal and HE TOLD ME THAT THE BRAND NEW DISPOSAL BROWN HAD PUT IN WAS PUT IN WITH USED RUSTY PARTS!!!!!!!!!! These people are despicable and should have their freaking license pulled. I even called the state and filed a complaint with them. I have noticed that most of the reviews bad reviews are from women. I think it would be a safe bet to conclude that they overcharge women and do crap work for them. Says a lot to me.
