When my heater completely went out in February, I called out Force Home services, and my tech Josh went into great detail to explain (and show) what had gone wrong. Both my AC and my heater have had issues the last 2 seasons, and I decided it was time to replace them both. Josh went over all of my options, spending a lot of extra time to go over the pros and cons of each. One of the selling points of the upgraded unit I was considering was that the efficiency would have a demonstrable effect on my per month energy costs. I wasn't sure how much it really would - but I decided to go for that one, the 17 SEAR Carrier Deluxe unit. I also liked that it would help with the humidity level, too. Sure enough, now that hot weather arrived, I've noticed a dip in my energy costs in the last 2 months. I think it really will pay for the upgrade (from the base unit I was going to choose) just from the savings in cooling alone. I think it was a good choice, and great advice from the very patient Josh. I'm very pleased and really feel better that I have a company that has proven can be trusted.

These guys are slightly more expensive than their competition, however, the slight extra expense is more than worth it. Their customer service is top notch, second to none, and I highly recommend becoming a Club Member. More than pays for itself!!! I have been a very happy customer for over 10 years.

Excellent service! Jorge and Michael did a great job of troubleshooting and repairing out leaky outside faucets. They were professional and knowlegable. I will be calling them again for my next plumbing job.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Plumber never showed up, never called, and when I called them was told they would reschedule me for another day. No thanks! I prefer to do business with quality companies that keep their word.
