Chef Justin does not fail to impress. BRQ has an amazing atmosphere with an amazing menu. Everything we ate was fantastic. The Froze and Maple Manhattan were artfully crafted. The lemon meringue pie was beautiful and executed perfectly. Can't wait to go back. Oh and our Servers, Laken and Mario, were great!

Was not impressed. For the price I've had better. The table/ booth we sat in was uncomfortable and the table was to small for the plates they brought to us. Definitely don't order the sliced brisket, it was dry and cut thin like bacon and you don't get much of it. When the plates with brisket came we all were shocked at how small the portion was compared to the other meat that was served. All and all I most likely will not come back for here BBQ as there is much better for a fair better price at other places.

Overpriced and they are not sure what they want to be. Do they want to be fine dinning or do they want to be a BBQ place? Drinks here are per glass which is crazy, portion sizes are small. The food was half decent but the chicken had all kinds of fat. The brisket was good. The BBQ chips and pickles decent. The catfish, bro please. We got all kinds of good seafood don't insult me with one strip for 30 bucks. The burgers looked good but overall not impressed people flock to this place and I am unsure why.

I liked the look of the restaurant and the overall atmosphere. You just have to know going into it that it is not a hole in the wall BBQ joint. It is a farm to table/ casual dining place. I'm not sure what the other complaints about the portion size are about as my husband and I left stuffed and with leftovers for lunch the next day. My only issue is there is so far no place in BR like Stanley's in Tyler, TX. However, for what it was we thought it was good BBQ.

Mediocre - Our group was not sure if they were trying to be a laid back country place, or upscale restaurant. The "background" music had to be shouted over which led to strained conversation across the table and trying to overcome the loud folks at surrounding tables. The cost of the meals were much higher than other eateries around B.R. and the quality of the food did not match the price. Perhaps the prices reflect quantity over quality. The place is most definitely NOT a seafood place so the name is misleading. A few of our group do not eat meat and were looking forward to a great seafood meal and unfortunately that didn't happen and that's such a shame since there is a bountiful gulf not so far away. We all loved the waiter and he gave us the best service possible. I would have to hear that there has been some fine tuning of the restaurant if I were to return.
